The Role

• Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance team productivity.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilise flexible tech stacks, primarily working with Laravel and PHP.
• Contribute to the company's growth by innovating and implementing new solutions.

The Person

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong technical background.
• Outgoing and communicative, capable of taking on new challenges and leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a focus on practical experience over formal qualifications.
• Familiarity with Mac systems and flexibility with various tech stacks.
• Based in Bristol with the ability to work remotely, ideally visiting the office weekly.
